The Perth Salesforce Developer Group 2020 Plan
The Perth Salesforce Developer Group 2020 KPI was Superbadges completed.
At Dreamforce 2019, the Perth Salesforce Developer Group was local skills development. The natural option for that is Trailhead, and specifically the Superbadges. Salesforce Saturday turned into Salesforce Superbadge Saturday. The concept was to spend a month completing the prerequisites for the superbadge and then complete the superbadge as a team. The idea wasn’t to skip any steps but to use the team to overcome roadblocks.
The 2020 Results
COVID created challenges and opportunities. We had a couple of virtual meetings but they weren’t successful. We also found weekly meetings were too much and not all superbadges are created equally.
The Perth Salesforce Developer Group finished the year with 22 meetings with an average of 6 attendees. I completed 6 of 11 superbadges.

The Perth Salesforce Developer Group 2021 Plan
The Perth Salesforce Developer Group agreed to tackle the Application Architect exams on the CTA triangle in 2021. (And yes, the System Architect exams are tentatively booked in for 2022.)
The group meetings will be part of an exam prep weekend, aligned to the public holidays. Tentative dates for the Perth meetings are:
