The Salesforce Power Of Us Program provides 10 free licences to eligible NFPs. Two21 started using Salesforce by helping NFPs to manage fundraising, volunteers and automating business processes.

The Salesforce Nonprofit Success Pack (NPSP) is a nonprofit data model for fundraising and program management, built with a holistic view of every constituent. We summarise the Salesforce Nonprofit features as:

1. Stakeholder Management

2. Donation and Grant Management

3. Program Management

4. Volunteer Management

5. Fundraising Campaign Management

6. Reports and Analytics

7. Mobile Apps

Many of the leading charities, aged care providers and NDIS service providers in Western Australia are using Salesforce plus AppExchange products to enable their operations.

Example Customer Solutions for Nonprofits (NFPs)

Fundraising and Volunteer Management

Customer need: The customer had a basic fundraising system that didn’t meet their needs for growth.

Two21 & Salesforce Solution: Two21 implemented NPSP, migrated their historical data and integrated a fundraising page (that had a payment gateway) plus MYOB. This enabled the marketing automation, reports and flexibility needed to maintain the high level of donor management they needed.

Training and Events Management

Customer need: The customer provides training events, locally and remotely, to provide skills to support the disadvantage communities with health based training.

Two21 & Salesforce Solution: Two21 implemented NPSP as the foundational layer (that included a volunteer portal) and integration to a fundraising solution and online course platform.

Grants Management

Customer need: The customer provided grants for medical research. They were using the website and excel spreadsheets to manage the applications and financials.

Two21 & Salesforce Solution: Two21 implemented NPSP with online grant management. Applicants can at any time check the status of their application via the portal, without contacting the customer.

Two21 Competencies

Any charity listed as a registered charity on the ACNC website (https://www.acnc.gov.au/charity/charities) should be eligible.
